The Perfect Plan jumped in on this wedding after most of the planning had been done by our New York City bride. She did a fantastic job creating an amazing vision for her wedding and we were estatic to step in and take the stress from her the few months before her big day. Sara was amazing to work with , focused, creative and appreciative of our help. We love working at Wequasset, her venue and the weather could not have been more beautiful. We stayed late that night orchestrating the transportation of her guests back to their hotels and overseeing their after party at The Outer Bar and Grill. Guests enjoyed the late night drinks fireside with the gorgeous pool and ocean as their incredible view. Hope you enjoy our favorite shots from their event.

We love Bourne Farms for a great Cape wedding. It is a gorgeous piece of property with lots of room for creativity and vision. We did an amazing wedding this past June for a Boston couple with family ties to Cape Cod. Though the weather was not cooperating, we effectively put our rain plan into play and all our vendors pulled together to relocate their ceremony from the back field to underneath the tent. Our thanks to the fabulous vendors we so enjoyed working with to create this flawless wedding for our clients:

This wedding completely inspired us this year. We worked for a long time with this bride and her parents to design a destination wedding with personal touches. The bride, a doctor from Houston, wanted to have her wedding on Cape Cod in the Pocasset area as that is where her grandparents live and she fondly remembered her wonderful summers on Cape Cod. We found her an amazing private beachfront estate on Wings Neck with a wonderful view. Planning was put into motion beginning that first weekend we met with a whirlwind of vendor interviews. Since the reception menu was very important to our couple we brought in our fabulous and favorite Newport Caterer, Blackstones Caterers to provide the delectable menu for the one hundred fifty plus guests. Judy Fligg from All About Flowers for Weddings amazed us all with her incredible floral design including a customized chuppah for the onsite ceremony.
Jen from Dulce Press designed amazing stationary including the invitations, save the dates, ceremony programs and table numbers for this event.

Just a note to thank all our vendors this year who helped us create flawless events. We had a very busy season finishing with 39 weddings this year. We appreciate all your hard work, professionalism and great teamwork, we know with you all on our team it helps to make our planning easier. The feedback from our clients about our hardworking vendors was incredible and we look forward to working with you all in 2011!
I have to say that my planners and I had a fabulous time in Newport as we celebrated the successful 2010 season’s end. Dinner on Friday night at The Mooring was fabulous, our waiter Nick turned out to be from my hometown of Sandwich. Saturday’s weather was beautiful, sunny and unseasonably warm for mid November. We walked Thames Street and visited the wonderful quaint shops, great bargains this time of year! We had a great breakfast at a mom n pop cafe off the beaten path and took a drive up to my favorite spot, Castle Hill. Our rooms and the hospitality at the Hyatt was amazing and we wished we could stay another night… Our in room spa treatments (well earned) were heaven! It is exactly what us hard working planners needed to rejunvinate and prepare our busy upcoming 2011 season. I love my planners, they are dedicated, hard working and devoted to The Perfect Plan and they deserved some serious pampering!
